Reporting a vulnerability

We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in LicenseBound, please email security@getlicensebound.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue.

Please do

Give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure, avoid accessing or modifying other users’ data, and avoid actions that could degrade the service for others.

Please don’t

Run automated denial-of-service tests, attempt social-engineering of our staff or users, or access data beyond what is needed to demonstrate the issue.
